Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship Packages

Every club needs Sponsors, and the QLCA is no different.  Well thats not entirely true, they do it differently to most as we give everyone an opportunity to sponsor the club for as much or as little as they can afford.  From simply sponsoring a meet and donating trophies, giving generous donations for the club to the standard monetary sponsorship opportunities.

Remember, Sponsorships, no matter what form helps the QLCA to continue running, without it, the Club would struggle to survive financially, and continue to provide the support for each and every member of the club, 4 legged or 2 legged.

SPONSOR OF RACE MEETINGS

Throughout the year, the QLCA hold Race Meetings at Wally Tate Park, in Kuraby, generally once a month, sometimes twice.  This is the simplest and most cost effective form of sponsorship and can be tailored to meet the abilities of anyone willing to sponsor the club.

We encourage people to come forward and help sponsor the Race Meetings by providing or funding the prizes for one or more of the Race Meetings and the benefits to each and every sponsor who sponsors the club in this way is:-

  1. The Race Meeting would be named after the Sponsor;
  2. Be recognised as the Race Meeting Sponsor on the Website for the month leading up to the meet;
  3. Be recognised as a sponsor of the event in the Pursuit Magazine;
  4. An article will be written on the sponsor and included in the Pursuit Magazine for the month in which they are sponsoring a meet (if permitted); and
  5. Trophies will be handed out by the Sponsor on the day.

SPONSORSHIP VIA DONATIONS

Fundraising is always a key element of any Club, sometimes the costs of this fundraising is difficult to meet on an ongoing basis, to meet the ongoing costs for the running of the club (be it maintenance for the motorbike, bunting, shelter, equipment etc).

As such, the club is always open to the offer of donations of any kind.  This could be anything from equipment to help run the club, to small items which could be used for fundraising, to a small monetary donation to help with any of the future projects of the Club.

In return the Sponsor will:-

  1. Be recognised on the Website for a negotiated period; and
  2. Be recognised as a sponsor in the Pursuit Magazine for a negotiated period.

SPONSORSHIP VIA SERVICES

Sometimes, the Club just needs help providing services from maintenance, to photography.  We are always happy to have you offer your services to assist the smooth running of the club.  In return, the Sponsor will:-

  1. Be recognised on the Website for a negotiated period; and
  2. Be recognised as a sponsor in the Pursuit Magazine for a negotiated period.

STANDARD SPONSORSHIP

There are also opportunities for anyone to sponsor the club through a standard formal sponsorship for a monetary value, for either one, two or three years.  These packages would be negotiated directly with the Club and would prove to be very beneficial to any potential future sponsor of the Club.  In return the Sponsor would:-

  1. have a annual major Race Meet named in their honour each year;
  2. be recognised as the Major Sponsor of the Club on the Website;
  3. create a dedicated information page on the Club Website about the Sponsor (where possible);
  4. be recognised as the major sponsor of the Club monthly in the Pursuit Magazine;
