Whilst we appreciate the convenience it is for some to make payments via online banking, please understand that we need you to provide as much information as possible for doing so.
In order to be able to allocate your payments made via online banking, all payments must include the following:
- Description: Two Digit Code (as per below) followed by SURNAME
- Remitter/Payer Name: Your Name
Once paid, please send the remittance to the treasurer on qlcatreasurer@gmail.com to advise them of your payment. If you are unable to provide a remittance, please advise them of your receipt number and the description that you have used.
If you are paying prepaid race entry fees, please also email qlcaracesecretary@gmail.com to advise them of your payment.

ON THE DAY OF THE MEET
Please remember that we are a cash/cheque only club and do not have any EFTPOS facilities. Please ensure all race monies and any canteen monies are brought with you.
We do ask where possible to bring smaller change where possible.
